Santoprene 201-68W228 is a Thermoplastic Vulcanizate (TPV) product.

A soft, colorable thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) in the thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) family. This material is specially formulated for low density foamed profile extrusion applications and has long term sealability, low temperature flexibility and heat weldability. This grade of Santoprene TPV is shear-dependent and can be processed on conventional thermoplastics equipment for extrusion. It is polyolefin based and completely recyclable.

Water can be used as physical foaming agent. Recommended for applications requiring excellent ozone resistance.
