Stanyl Diablo OCD2300 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 50% glass fiber. It offers superior heat resistance, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It also shows thermo-oxidative stability and chemical resistance. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® Diablo OCD2300 BLK is used in charge air cooler caps in automotive engines. It allows for lightweight (40-50% lighter) and more cost-effective solutions than metal. It allows for reliable solutions due to its better creep/fatigue resistance and excellent long-term temperature resistance up to 230°C.
