Stanyl TS250F6D by Envalior is a high-performance, flame-retardant, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is an electro-friendly high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance, especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It improves resistance to blistering during reflow - soldering process. Stanyl® TS250F6D is used in automotive, gears, appliances, electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, FPC-, reflow-, WtB- and BtB connectors.
