Stanyl TW241F3 by Envalior is a lubricated, high-performance, heat-stabilized polyamide (PA 4-6) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. It provides high mechanical properties, strength, design stiffness, wear & friction and process flow qualities. It is a high-heat polyamide that offers excellent creep-, heat-, chemical- and fatigue resistance especially at high temperatures in combination with cycle-time advantages and excellent flow. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Stanyl® TW241F3 is used in electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, EPS steering components (gears, flex couplers and sensors), oil pump gears (automotive), power seats, power door-, power liftgate-, power window- and windshield wiper actuators.
