Stanyl TW341 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized and lubricated polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) grade. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It possesses high flow, cycle-time advantages, retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C, wear, friction and stiffness. It imparts chemical- and excellent heat resistance. It is a V2 UL-rated, non-reinforced high-heat polyamide that offers excellent strength, creep- & fatigue resistance. It has an excellent track-record in gear (crankshaft balance, eps, oil pump, transmission control & small domestic appliance) applications. Stanyl® TW341 is used in automotive, electrical & electronics, outdoor power equipment, brush-holders (electro motors), cvt transmission systems (scoop snubbers), cable ties, chain tensioners, coil insulation, door checker, eps steering components (gears, flex couplers and sensors) and end-laminates (electrical components). It is also applicable in slide shoe surfaces in new generation, temperature sensor, fuel system, timing chain tensioner, golf shoe receptacles, variator roller cover, variator transmission parts, ironing- & mtf/dmf components, position sensor, power seats, speed sensor, power door-, power lift gate-, power window- and windshield wiper actuators.
