Stanyl TW271B6 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) and PTFE grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It possesses high flow & toughness, cycle-time advantages, retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C, wear & friction modified and stiffness. It imparts chemical- and excellent heat resistance. It is a friction-modified high heat polyamide that offers excellent strength, creep- & fatigue resistance. It has an excellent track-record in gear applications. Stanyl® TW271B6 is used in automotive, CRB caps & housing, electrical & electronics and outdoor power equipment.
