Stanyl TW271F6 by Envalior is a high-performance, heat-stabilized polyamide 4-6 (PA 4-6) and PTFE grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. It possesses high flow & toughness, cycle-time advantages, wear & friction modified and stiffness. It imparts chemical- and excellent heat resistance. It retains its mechanical properties at high temperatures up to 220°C. It is a high heat polyamide that offers excellent strength, creep- & fatigue resistance. Stanyl® TW271F6 has an excellent track record in gear (self-propelled lawnmower transmission, oil pumps, transmission control, crankshaft balance & EPS steering components) applications. It is used in automotive, CRB housing, rod guides, MTF/DMF components, electrical & electronics and outdoor power equipment. It is also applicable in EPS steering components (flex couplers and sensors), power door-, power liftgate-, power window- and windshield wiper actuators.
